Pushup Board Challenge No. 1

  • 2 Sprinter Lunges (knees touch the ground)
  • 1 Halfmoon Pushup (stay low)
  • 2 Bear Squats (heels touch the ground)
  • 1 Scorpion Pushup (chest touches the board)
  • 2 Pike Pushups (head touches the ground)
  • 2 Russian Pumps

Do as many as you can non stop. How many times can you go through this one? Good form is the key or it doesn't count. Watch the video for examples of good form.
